Attendance management
Lateness, absences and overtime: clear rules you can actually apply
How to define a lateness grace period, justified absences and overtime, what the Moroccan Labour Code says, and how to apply the rules without arguments.
Leave and absences
In Tempo, approved leave is not an absence: it is taken into account in the day’s calculation, in the planner’s coverage and in balances. Requests, approvals and yearly balances sit next to attendance.

Annual leave, unpaid leave, sickness, family events, time off in lieu… You create the types you need and set, for each one, whether it is paid and whether it is deducted from the balance.
A request covers a day, a half day or a number of hours. An authorised user approves or refuses it. The team calendar shows who is away, and the planner flags an employee scheduled during their leave.
For each employee and type: the year’s entitlement, carry-over from the previous year, adjustments, days taken and remaining.
Limitation
Tempo does not calculate statutory leave entitlements (seniority, special schemes). Enter the entitlements validated by your payroll department or adviser; Tempo deducts from them.
