Attendance management
10 common attendance management mistakes and how to avoid them
Wrong terminal clock, rough schedules, untraced corrections, month-end-only reviews: the costliest attendance tracking mistakes and their fixes.
Time and attendance · Morocco
Atlaxys Tempo reads the punches from your face-recognition terminal, compares them with the schedule and calculates hours worked, lateness and overtime. Your HR team reviews, exports and prepares payroll from a single Windows PC.

Atlaxys Tempo is employee attendance software for businesses in Morocco: it records when employees arrive and leave, applies your schedules and rules (lateness grace period, breaks, overtime) and produces the timesheets and attendance figures payroll needs.
It is installed on one of the company’s Windows PCs, reads events from the Hikvision terminal over the local network and keeps the data on your premises. It is developed by Atlaxys Consulting in Ouarzazate, Morocco.
What Tempo replaces
Signed late, filled in after the fact, totals added up by hand at the end of the month.
Without a reliable arrival time and a written rule, every late arrival becomes a discussion.
Overtime, absences and leave copied from one spreadsheet to another, with mistakes.
Three-shift rotations, split shifts and night shifts over midnight are hard to follow in Excel.
An arrival without a departure, a lost badge, a terminal down: you need to fix it without erasing the record.
How it works
They show their face (or badge, or finger, depending on the terminal) to the Hikvision terminal at the entrance.
Every 2 minutes, over the local network, without internet. If the PC was off, events are read when it comes back.
Tempo applies the planned shift: grace period, break, lateness, early departure, overtime.
Exceptions (missing clock-out, absence) are listed. A correction requires a reason and stays on record.
Timesheets, 11 reports in PDF, Excel or CSV, and an export for your payroll software or accountant.
