Atlaxys Tempo pricing: on quote, item by item
We do not publish a price list: the price depends on the number of employees and terminals covered by the licence, the hardware you already own and the installation required. The quote details each item separately, so you know what you pay for.
What a quote is made of

What changes the price
- Number of employees
- The licence is issued for a number of employees.
- Number of terminals
- One per entrance or site; all are read by the same PC.
- Existing hardware
- A compatible terminal already installed reduces the quote.
- Organisation
- Number of departments and sites, and how complex the schedules are to set up.
Not included unless stated in the quote
- The Windows PC, and network or electrical cabling to the terminal
- Your payroll software: Tempo exports attendance figures, it does not calculate pay
- Formalities with the CNDP, which are the employer’s responsibility (we provide the technical description of the processing)
Evaluate before you buy
- The built-in demonstration (a fictitious company, a simulated terminal) shows every screen with realistic data.
- Tempo includes a 30-day evaluation period before licence activation.

Frequently asked questions
Is there a monthly subscription?
Tempo is not an online service: there is no per-user cloud subscription. The type of licence and what it includes (updates, support) are set out in the quote.
Why not show a price?
Because a single price would be wrong for most companies: a 15-person business with one terminal and a 300-person factory with three entrances are very different. We prefer a detailed quote to a teaser price.
Can I keep my current terminal?
If it is a Hikvision DS-K1T321MFWX, yes. For another model, check the compatibility matrix and mention it in your request: we verify before pricing.
